First Time Juvenile Offenders Program

The FITWCC First Time Juvenile Offenders Program is a program designed to help individuals between the ages of 12 and 17 by using counseling, educational, vocational and spiritual components to redirect them from a world of crime to understanding the love and forgiving power of God.
